A marginally better photo

Exactly what it says, really:

Apparently, the woman is MyAnna Buring.

I’ve no idea who she is, but to be fair, she probably has no idea who I am either.

  1. She was the one from Doctor Who Series Two story The Impossible Planet who went drifting off into the black hole first.

  2. So she was.

  3. Damn IMDB. I tried to make a page for the dinosaur (under the name Mr. Dinosaur) but it wouldn’t let me….

  4. Well, obviously … his name’s Phillip.

  5. “Aw gimme a break! That’s the last time I order frog’s legs. You kiss a frog, and instead of a prince you get a lovestruck Essex girl.”

  6. I should probably point out, this isn’t a photo of one of my sketches. As far as I can tell, it was written by Susy Kane … but I’m not 100% on that.

  7. Yup, that’s Ms. Burign indeed. Made a movie called “Credo” with her, she’s a legend.

    M.

Yup, it was. Well, until 12 script editors had a go at Philip too.

(Myanna’s also in The Descent – good movie). Enjoying your blog Mr Barron.Sx

  9. Script editors not withstanding, it’s a great sketch.

On paper, anyway – can’t wait to see the finished product.

  10. Pierre

She has played in DOOMSDAY and in THE DESCENT

  11. MyAnna just starred in Brit indie film CREDO (aka THE DEVIL’S CURSE in the US). She also just wrapped on The Lesbian Vampire Killers! One of the nicest people in the business.
